The money pit

So once we got out here I can now see why the bank took the offer so quickly. But we still got a damn good deal so I can't complain. I met the previous owner and worked out a deal so we could use the water meter on her property. Only cost me a six pack of cheap beer to. The realtor was pretty surprised lol. Apparently she and the bank plus a few potential buyers all tried the same and failed miserably. I can only assume they may have been rude or she just didn't like them. Oh well, still worked out great for us and we got a cool neighbor in the deal.

So after a ton of clean up, ripping out old gross carpet and weeks of painting it's slowly looking better. I set up the extra bedroom as a temporary workshop until I can build a bigger and better one in the back yard.
